The Springbok fell short as they came against the All Blacks at Ellis Park losing once again by a narrow margin of 27-20. The Springbok fans would have been encouraged however despite the loss, as the Springbok were in the game right up until the last-minute of the game when Richie McCaw scored the final and winning try after the Bokke forwards failed to pick him up during a line out at the dying minutes of the game to put the New Zealand team 22-20 ahead.
Fans on Twitter were optimistic however after the display.
