The old Black Leopards FC and Venda maxim Ledoda Dovha (The day shall come) might cheerfully come into evident for the first time on Wednesday in almost eight years at Thoyandou stadium, If Leopards manage to scoop anything more than one point.
Leopards were relegated to national first division in 2008 after almost seven season in the premiership. They returned in 2011 and spend only one season which saw them relegated after loosing playoffs notably from Bay United until now.
Ledoda Dovha are currently sitting shotgun holding the right to determine the playoffs if they win or draw tomorrow moreover Leopards will have no choice but to show no sense of decorum as they will no longer be awarded an opportunity to fight their run in the pitch . After Wednesday game Leopards will have no game to spare.
A win will then mean cosmos will have to spend another season in the NFD , and for the first in history Cosmos loosing playoffs however if Leopards loose will mean both Cosmos and Leopards are level on point . Henceforth Cosmos will have another game to spare at their home turf against the sloppy platinum stars.
Such results will have narrowly saved platinum stars chances of also fighting their way back . As things stands , all participants can still finish at five points each .
